Im a teenage female and im going to a party soon i have picked out an outfit but id like to go classy and wear a black tie with it i was hoping for a thin black tie that can look feminine. please help!!!

Get one that bartenders use. It is thin and has a snap that crosses over in the front. You can wear it either way. These are reversible and you can change the size, because of the way it is put together. Very practical. Or you could get one that is very thin and do the knot thing. Either one would be right for the occasion.
